I’ll start with the B55 AMG. It started with 12 MB apprentices that decided to put a 5.5L M273 V8 in a B-Class.
They used the 7spd auto box with a E430 diff & axles. It took them 8 months, & only one was made.
What is your favou rite forgotten concept of recent times?

Miata MPS concept from 2003-2004 . The 1.8L VVT motor was stroked and bored to 2.0L while retaining VVT. Carbon fiber ITBs and a wide body kit. Later revised in silver without a hardtop, black wheels, and no VVT.
It could’ve been a S2K contender...

I miss concepts that were exciting, instead of dynamic new takes on connected urban mobility.

I liked the earlier 86 and Supra concepts more. And not just in a concepty way, they made the designs worse. The Supra got hideous
I like the idea of a Nissan Mid4
Don’t forget that dual engined A class
